Infojini Healthcare II is seeking a travel nurse RN Wound Care for a travel nursing job in Bronx, New York.

Required Certifications : BLS, WOCN (Takes approx. 1 year to get) OR WCEI (Takes up to 1 week to get)- # Patients : 20 consults per day follow-ups (for the whole team). Mondays & Friday are the heaviest days.- Ratios : Workload divvied out by unit.- Required Certifications : BLS, WOCN (Takes approx. 1 year to get) OR WCEI (Takes up to 1 week to get).- Common diagnoses : Pressure injuries, diabetic ulcers, vascular wounds, surgical wounds, ostomies.- Experience : Must have 2 plus years experience inpatient clinical experience, Prefer wound care experience.- Primary areas of hospital covered : Inpatient setting- Typical Job Duties : Review consults, divide workload with peers, patient assessments (head-to-toe), collaboratewith interdisciplinary team (doctor, SW, RNs, etc.), placing wound care orders, patient education, and more.- Equipment / Treatments : KCI wound vacs, wound care dressings, a lot of different dressing types and treatments.
