About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Social Worker to join our team as an Intensive Case Manager Supervisor in the Adult Behavioral Health program. Job Description
As an Intensive Case Manager Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of intensive case management and hospital liaison services to adults who have been admitted to inpatient psychiatric facilities, those who have demonstrated a significant risk for psychiatric readmission, and those deemed Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity. You will work collaboratively with clients, family members, agency staff, and community partners to provide high-quality care and support.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling with a LMSW, LLP, or LPC licensure from the State of Michigan. You should also have at least three years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders. You should demonstrate excellent clinical assessment, triage, and crisis intervention skills, as well as the ability to handle crisis situations in a calm and professional manner.
