The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Managing call center operations and scheduling appointments.
- Providing knowledgeable and courteous customer assistance and response to members, providers, and Pharmacy Call Center Technician inquiries.
