- Collaborate with medical staff to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
- Document all client interactions and progress
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Services or related field (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Social Work)
- At least one year of direct clinical experience
- Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LPC, LBHP, or LCSW) or eligible for Alaska licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and populations
