- Current ASCP certification
- Ability to read microbiology results independently preferred
- Experience with laboratory information systems and software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (oral, written, and listening)
- Able to lift/move up to 15 lbs. without assistance and lift/move weights beyond 15 lbs. with assistance
