About the Role:
- Provide high-quality patient care as a Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) Patient Care Technician (PCT)
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services
- Float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby to meet facility needs
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a PCT in an acute care hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
