Job Description:
The Surgical Technologist 2 is responsible for assisting the surgical team during surgical procedures. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as knowledge of infection prevention and regulatory sterilization standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares soiled instrumentation for proper transportation to decontamination area.
- Cleans the operating room following each case, and returns equipment to appropriate storage areas.
