About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to join our team at Infojini Healthcare. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety in the operating room.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the operative site by aseptically cleaning and patient clipping, as needed.
- Set up the operating room according to surgical procedure schedules; arrange sterile setup of instrument table supplies and equipment required for specific procedures.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and surgical team staff, passing sterile supplies and equipment during procedures.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of infection prevention and regulatory sterilization standards.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Certification as a CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) from NBSTSA or NCCT is required.
