Job Description
\The Radiologic Technologist - Computed Tomography position involves operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures. This role requires independent judgment and initiative, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
\You will be responsible for:

- Preparing patients for CT scans by explaining procedures, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their comfort and safety \
- Operating CT scanners to capture high-quality images, adjusting settings as needed to optimize image quality \
- Recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition, such as allergies or respiratory distress \
- Maintaining accurate records of patient information, scan parameters, and image quality \
- Collaborating with Radiologists to ensure accurate diagnoses and optimal patient care \
Qualifications
\To succeed in this role, you will need:

- One year of experience in computed tomography preferred \
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date \
- Registration as a Registered Radiographer (ARRT) and CT registry preferred \
- Graduation from an accredited Radiology Technology program \
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods \
