The Clinical Equipment Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our surgical teams at Infojini Healthcare. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Key Accountabilities

• Verify the availability and readiness of surgical equipment and supplies before each procedure.
• Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available and properly set up.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a surgical or perioperative role.
• Certification as a CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) from NBSTSA or NCCT is highly desirable.
