Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg - $2,027 per week in Fort Defiance, AZ

Typical schedule is 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next, plus up to 1 on-call shift Description: Job Description: Registered Nurse for Med-Surg Unit (MSU) for adult geriatrics and pediatric patients. With ?EXCELLENT Staffing Ratios: ? ?Non Covid: typically 4:1, max 5:1. Covid patients: typically 2:1, max 3:1. Required Certifications: American Heart Association BLS, ACLS. and PALS is required. Experience: Three (3) years of med-surg experience, 1 year pediatric experience required, MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH BOTH ADULT AND PEDIATRIC PATIENTS. Setting: 20 bed medical surgical unit for adults and pediatrics Shift: 12 hour shifts Days or Nights, must be flexible. In addition to inpatient, may be assigned to help cover Flu Immunization clinics as needed. Travelers are expected to attend staff meetings.
