Job Description: (Remote Position)
Position: Data Project Manager
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: Multi Years
Note: 2 Days onsite every quarter.
Required:
- Evaluation using statistics and the latest analytics tools (R, Python, etc)
- Knowledge of R, Python, and other comparable tools for managing data analytics.

Special Skill Set:
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to develop a shared understanding of business and user goals as it relates to safety data, metrics to reduce safety risk, and evaluation using statistics and the latest analytics tools (R, Python, etc)
- Manage processes for gathering user and stakeholder feedback on existing process for managing safety, and create ideas to iterate on new and enhanced metrics to reduce safety risk aligned to the SMS and the Airo Program.
- Knowledge of R, Python, and other comparable tools for managing data analytics.
- Design solutions to address critical safety outcomes such as the reduction of injuries using root cause data analysis; evaluation of proposed mitigations; and introduce best practices for safety analytics from other leading
