Title- Help Desk Instructor
Location- Lower Manhattan 250 Broadway, NY 10007
Duration-6 Months contract with possibility of extension
Description of Work and Skills Desired
- Service Desk Analyst provide technical support on software, hardware, network, and telephony issues for all NYCHA staff.
- Agents diagnose and resolve basic technology issues adhering to ITIL based ITSM processes.
Daily Tasks
- Provide comprehensive IT technical support to user
- Maintain accurate call information in system
- Escalate more complex customer technical issues
- Log, categorize and prioritize user tickets
