Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Duration: 6 months possible Extension
Location: Ontario, CA, 91761
Must-have:-
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required
- Certificates: HACCP and PCQI
- 5 years experience in Quality Assurance.
Skills: Detail-oriented, Self-starter, Strong Communication skills, Strong customer Service Skills
1. Review data to ensure compliance with specifications and product requirements.
2. Review records for completeness and compliance with quality and product safety standards.
3. Records and monitors master data to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
4. Coordinates and monitors the sharing of samples and data between facilities within the region, and with external laboratories and customers, as needed.
5. Tracks non-routine and priority samples to ensure reliability in communications with internal and external customers.
6. Communicates accurate and timely information regarding the status of materials to internal customers and stakeholders.
7. Performs administrative tasks, such as updating or reviewing standard operating procedures and filing or retrieving records.
8. Keeps supervisor informed of work status and any atypical results or problems encountered in the execution of any task.
9. Maintains good documentation practices.
10. Other duties apply
Requires H.S. Diploma, preferably 5 years experience in Quality Assurance.
Salary : $24 - $25
