Job Title: Help Desk Support (Onsite)
Location: Aurora, CO 80045
Type: 03 months contract with possible extension
Shift: 1st shift (Monday to Friday)
Pay rate: $27/- Annually on W2.
Job Description:
- Provide quality phone support to hospital staff in a 24/7 environment for all company-supported applications.
- Handle documentation, tracking, and monitoring of support requests and incidents.
- Troubleshoot peripherals used in the company, as well as related telecommunications systems.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for Windows and Apple devices, mobile devices, network issues, and Microsoft applications.
- Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
Minimum Qualifications Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent Will you consider hiring a new traveler.
- Training duration depends on the selected candidate's skill level, ranging from a few days to several weeks.
- On-site training is mandatory.
