What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Procurement Analyst position at Infojini Inc?
Perform procurement tasks, review invoices, update budgets and coordinate with the Procurement Office in support of Client's information technology projects. Full-time onsite at Client's headquarters.
Job Description :
- Candidates must have 2 years of IT procurement experience, able to learn Client's procurement policies and systems.
- Must have very good skills in operating computers and using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Be able to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Have strong communication skills (orally and in writing, in English).
- Must have experience working with contracts, invoice processing and budgets
- Candidates should highlight experience procuring high value procurements with an emphasis on information technology (IT) procurements.
- Candidates should highlight procurement experience and certifications. For example, experience with public procurement, contracting laws and state regulations; experience with technology related procurements, service contracts, business writing, and fiscal procedures; certification as a Client's Officer; certification as a Certified Public Purchasing Officer (CPPO), and/or Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB); experience in the procurement of wide variety of goods and services within state government.
