We have an urgent need for a short-term, highly qualified program manager with an extensive financial background. Below are the key skills and expertise we are looking for:
Financial Planning and Budgeting: Expertise in annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting. Proven ability to manage CAPEX and OPEX, ensuring financial oversight and control throughout the project lifecycle.
Resource Planning and Allocation: Strong skills in resource planning and allocation to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness. Experience in managing large, cross-functional projects and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Advanced Excel and Access Skills: Extensive experience with Excel and Access, including the ability to build and maintain complex financial models. Capable of developing new models to improve financial oversight of project spend, projections, and resource planning, calculation of NPV, and creating business cases for new projects.
Project Management Office (PMO) Skills: Comprehensive PMO skills, including project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Ability to lead and mentor project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies.
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. Experience in preparing detailed project financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of managing HRIS implementations such as SAP Successfactor
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Financial Skills and Project :
Project Management Skills:
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Strong risk management skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
Leadership and Communication:
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in stakeholder management, including working with senior executives and managing client relationships.
