Job Description : SLED Account Executive / Manager - Sales (IT Staffing Industry)

This role requires occasional travel and in-person client visits a couple of times a week.

Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic SLED (State, Local, and Education) Account

Executive to join our IT staffing sales team in TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong

background in IT staffing sales, particularly within the SLED sector, and a proven track record of

managing and growing accounts.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of SLED accounts in the Austin, TX region.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand and meet their IT staffing needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SLED sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide expert consultation on staffing strategies and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the IT staffing industry, specifically targeting SLED clients.
  • Strong understanding of the SLED market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel in Austin, and nearby TX region.
