Job Description : SLED Account Executive / Manager - Sales (IT Staffing Industry)
This role requires occasional travel and in-person client visits a couple of times a week.
Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic SLED (State, Local, and Education) Account
Executive to join our IT staffing sales team in TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in IT staffing sales, particularly within the SLED sector, and a proven track record of
managing and growing accounts.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage a portfolio of SLED accounts in the Austin, TX region.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand and meet their IT staffing needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SLED sector.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Provide expert consultation on staffing strategies and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
