Job Summary:
We seek a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist to lead and enhance our customer data strategies.
This role will focus on implementing, optimizing, and managing Salesforce Data Cloud to unify, segment, and activate customer data for personalized engagement.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, understands complex data structures, and can collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven insights and strategies.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and other Integrations,
Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and writing statements of work,
Design and delivery of solutions in Email Studio
Design and implement, for automated email/mobile journeys using Email Studio, Automation Studio and Journey Builder, and advise clients on how to optimize further,
Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, such as email marketing, and other marketing conversion metrics,
Experience in reporting and analyzing email activity using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder. Proficiency with Data Views and Discover Reports within Analytics Builder,
Design and/or build integrations between Marketing Cloud and 3rd party applications or data sources,
Conduct user training and actively promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud,
Track record for delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment, and able to successfully keep to deadlines.
Experience in programming languages in SFMC: AMPScript, HTML and CSS, SSJS and/or JavaScript, SQL (andQuery Studio experience)
Clear communication skills to make complex technical matters simple when communicating with non-technical stakeholders and client executives.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
9 years of experience working with Salesforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, Customer Data Platforms, or similar customer data solutions.
Proficiency in data management, segmentation, ETL processes, and data modeling.
Experience with data privacy and compliance standards, especially in handling PII and GDPR/CCPA regulations.
Strong communication skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Salesforce Data Cloud Certification (Required).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
Hands-on experience with the Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter for ETL workflows, transformations, and data integration tasks.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
