Job Description:
- **This is a hybrid position. The candidate will be required to be onsite for two days a week.
- **THIS IS A TEMP TO PERM POSITION. After the initial contract engagement, the manager would like to hire the contractor full time.
- Background in data engineering, data science, and BI report development, with proven experience in leading data initiatives. Required 7 Years
- Proven experience in data governance, data management, and business intelligence. Required 7 Years
- Strong leadership skills with experience overseeing a team. Required 7 Years
- In-depth knowledge of data privacy and security regulations. Required 7 Years
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and platforms (ideally Power BI). Required 7 Years
- Ability to drive organizational change and foster a data-driven culture. Required 7 Years
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully implementing data initiatives. Required 7 Years
