IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This is a SHORT-TERM position. The position is funded for a 3-month duration. While there is a possibility that it could extend to 6-months, candidates should understand and accept that this may only last for the 3-month duration initially budgeted and even if extended, is not expected to last beyond 6-months maximum.
- This is a FULLY ONSITE position - because it's fully onsite and short-term, only local candidates should be submitted.
- ONSITE INTERVIEW is expected for all candidates submitted and selected for interviews.
Required / Desired Skills
- Experience administering ENTERPRISE Windows Server Environments Required 3 Years
- Experience managing and maintaining virtual server environments (VMWare) Required 3 Years
- Extensive experience installing, maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting enterprise Windows and VMWare server and storage systems Required 3 Years
- Experience implementing and maintaining server backup solutions Highly desired
- Experience implementing automation of server management tasks Highly desired
- Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting enterprise-level computing environments Highly desired
- Experience implementing and managing Active Directory Highly desired
- Working with end users to develop and implement information technology solutions for user computing needs in a business environment Desired
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell in a large production environment. Desired
