Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our organization's users, ensuring smooth IT operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Network Certification required.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP protocols, and how computer hardware and software systems interconnect and interface.
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and service management best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco hardware, including troubleshooting and configuration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CCNA Certification is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Remedy, Netcool, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office 365.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
