As the HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will collaborate closely with Business Managers and Leadership teams to identify, develop, and implement effective HR solutions in areas such as recruitment, workforce planning, and performance management. This role will specifically support our Resilient Navigation Systems and Integrated Mission Systems Engineering functions.

What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Business Managers to fully understand business needs and objectives.
- Support the implementation and execution of HR objectives and strategies tailored to the engineering function.
- Develop and leverage strong partnerships across HR and within the business unit.
- Work with HR Centers of Excellence—Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Compensation & Benefits—as well as the Shared Services team to ensure effective support for our people and business.
- Coach, consult, and influence leaders on the significance of effective people practices and their connection to business success, while remaining approachable and empathetic to employee needs.
- Provide consistent and timely guidance to leaders regarding dispute resolution, performance management, and compliance with relevant laws and policies.
- Link people and culture initiatives to business goals, supporting employee engagement and change management efforts.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR partnering or HR management.
- A genuine passion for serving people, supporting the business, and building strong relationships.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent time management skills, capable of balancing strategic and tactical priorities.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and results-focused, with strong follow-through on processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- HR experience in supporting an engineering function.
- Familiarity with the Workday HRIS system.
- Industry experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Engineering sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to influence others without direct supervisory authority.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
