What are the responsibilities and job description for the ERP/Financial Systems Timecard Specialist [WFM (Workforce Manager)] position at InfoObjects Inc.?
Job Description:
How to set up timecards – everything is driven from the Time side to the Payroll side
Example: Employee showing 8 hours when they worked 5 days and it should have shown 40 hours – employee was showing 1 day versus 5… Why are people not coded right, why is it only recognizing 1 day of work when they worked 5
Example: employee set up in the system with a special rate that doesn’t apply to other employees, comp rates, currently it’s deriving rates from profiles that are not correct, employee supplemental rate, sequences of how the rules are set up on the backend, Like OT rate logic
ADP showing them how to navigate the workforce structure
Not coding – just talking to ADP and fixing the issues with them, and helping to configure - Read and review rules and fix loopholes, validate with testing (deep excel or VBA exp would be very beneficial)
There are 300 buildings and 4000 employees on ADP and they’re having to put in the tickets one by one with ADP and that’s too slow – need help interfacing with ADP and reconfiguring
Previous experience with implementation on the workforce manager time side to understand how the rules are setup on the timecard side would be very helpful in understanding the front-end logic
- No one is currently administrating the ADP workforce manager
