Job Description
- Implement, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow instance.
- Build workflows, knowledge bases, and system automation.
- Support ITSM (implemented) and assist in CMDB deployment.
- Contribute to upcoming modules: HR, SecOps, Asset Management, Employee Center.
- Work closely with teams to enhance post-go-live automation and integration.
MUST:
- 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow Administration experience.
- Experience Implementing ServiceNow modules.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB
- No certifications required, but deep hands-on expertise is essential.
PLUS:
- Experience in restaurant, or B2C environments
- Workato integration experience is a major plus.
