Job Description
- The Client seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join team as a Workday Plan/Case Builder. The ideal candidate will have expertise in plan building, case configuration, and working across multiple platforms including Workday, ADP, PlanSource, and UKG. Experience in EDI creation and plan configuration is essential, with API development considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan Building and Configuration
- Develop and configure benefit plans in Workday, ADP, PlanSource, and UKG.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create custom plans tailored to organizational needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies during plan configuration.
Case Building and Management
- Build and maintain case setups to align with business processes and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve case configuration issues effectively.
- Document and manage changes to case setups.
EDI Creation and Integration
- Design, develop, and test EDI files to support seamless integration across platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all file transmissions.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to troubleshoot EDI issues and implement improvements.
Platform Expertise
- Act as the subject matter expert for Workday, ADP, PlanSource, and UKG.
- Provide recommendations to enhance processes and optimize platform usage.
- Collaborate across teams to align platform capabilities with business goals.
API Development (Nice to Have)
- Assist in developing APIs to enable system integrations and enhance data sharing across platforms.
- Work closely with development teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure API reliability and performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in plan building, configuration, and case management with platforms such as Workday, ADP, PlanSource, and UKG.
- Strong expertise in EDI creation and integration.
- Familiarity with benefits and payroll processes across multiple systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- API development experience is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.93 - $25.92 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
