5515 IT Governance Analyst 4

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery
• Provide guidance, consultation, and oversight throughout the entire SDLC
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with PMO governance and compliance standards
• Validate deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Monitor and report project status, risks, and issues to leadership
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders
• Assist in preparing materials for project reviews and presentations

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven leadership in large-scale development projects (10 years)
• Strong expertise in Azure Cloud Services: AppServices, Functions, DevOps, Storage, AKS, etc.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript
• Solid understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, serverless architecture
• Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor & Application Insights
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB)
• Knowledge of secure coding, RBAC, GDPR/ISO compliance
• Deep experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred:

• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert
• Scrum/SAFe certifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.84 - $55.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
