Position Overview:This role involves working on a Legacy Modernization project to rewrite a desktop application (VB6 and .NET) into a modern web solution. You’ll be responsible for designing and architecting complex enterprise-level applications using .NET, Entity Framework Core, and Web Services.Key Responsibilities:
- Architecting scalable and maintainable enterprise applications.
- Leading development using .NET and Entity Framework Core.
- Designing and optimizing databases and queries.
- Implementing unit testing for quality assurance.
- Integrating web services (RESTful APIs, SOAP).
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5 years of relevant experience as an IT Application Architect or Enterprise Architect.
- Strong expertise in .NET, Entity Framework Core, and JSON Serialization.
- Experience in designing and implementing Web Services.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Git or Azure DevOps.

Pay: $70.91 - $74.00 per hour
