Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson with a proven background in IT Staffing sales or Software Development project consulting sales to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by selling staffing and solutions to both government agencies and private companies.

Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with stakeholders in government agencies and private companies.
Present and demonstrate our staffing and/or systems integration solutions effectively to prospects, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages.
Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Evaluate customer needs and align our solutions to address their specific business challenges.
Proposal Development and Negotiation:
Prepare comprehensive proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate understanding and communication of solution capabilities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including project managers, engineers, and support teams to deliver seamless integration solutions.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify additional opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on technology solutions and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Proven track record in selling Staffing and / or Systems Integration and Consulting services.
Deep understanding of staffing and / or systems integration concepts, technologies, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
