QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
" Minimum 10 years of functional and technical experience in PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 or higher.
" Extensive experience with the following PeopleSoft modules:
o Human Resources
o Compensation
o Position Management
o Performance Management
o Learning and Development
o Benefits Administration
o Talent Acquisition Management/Candidate Gateway
o Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft self-service functions.
" Proven track record of full lifecycle PeopleSoft implementations (design, build, configuration, testing, and deployment).
" Familiarity with PeopleSoft Test Framework is a plus.
" Ability to translate customer requirements into functional and technical designs.
" Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, address, and escalate risks and issues.
" Experience reviewing project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established standards.
" 10 years of experience in building moderate to complex PeopleSoft queries.
" 10 years of extensive experience writing DQL and DML SQL scripts.
" Experience with state government projects is preferred.
" Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
" Strong understanding of relational database design and functionality.
" Experience in desktop/mobile computer support and troubleshooting software related problems.
" Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
" Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
" Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
