Infopro Learning has a full-time contract opportunity for an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support one of our clients for an initial 6-month period, with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Degreed (LXP) and p roficiency in managing LMS platforms such as SuccessFactors (preferred), SumTotal, or CSOD.
Location : Remote, open to US-based candidates only
Utilization : 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities :
Utilize Degreed to build Learning Plans, Learning Pathways, and personalized content
Manage learning data within the Learning Management System (LMS)
Create and administer courses, curricula, assignments, assessments, and quizzes
Generate reports to track learning progress and engagement
Leverage the full functionality of the LMS to enhance the learning experience
Required Experience :
Strong hands-on expertise in Degreed (LXP) – this is a must-have
Experience with SuccessFactors (preferred), SumTotal, or CSOD
Detail-oriented with excellent data management and reporting skills
Ability to optimize learning workflows and improve the user experience
