What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager (Midwest Net New - SLED - Cloud ERP) position at Infor?
The Account Manager will be responsible for net-new business development to SLED & Utilities industries in the MidWest Region. The Account Manager shall identify and qualify sales opportunities and execute intelligent pursuit plans. Account Manager will position Infor Cloud Suite ERP products in complex enterprise SLED & Utilities markets.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Articulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the competitive advantages, resources and processes to client and prospects.
- Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solution to meet their business needs.
- Develop compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.
- Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans and establish, document and maintain solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
- Generate pipeline and achieve or exceed consistent quarterly quota achievement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience selling enterprise software systems. (ERP, SCM, WMS, CRM, WFM.)
- Experience establishing and managing executive level customer relationships.
- Experience managing sales cycles.
- Experience working in a quota-driven role.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience working with enterprise business processes.
- Willingness to Travel up to 50%.
- Experience selling into SLED or Utilities industry.
- Experience in MEDPICC Sales Strategies.
- West of the Mississippi for the US Remote role. (Central Time zone location.)
