What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager, Senior - Warehouse Management/Supply Chain position at Infor?
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for value selling the Infor Warehouse Management/Supply Chain (WMS) solutions to existing Infor accounts and hunting for net-new business. The Senior Account Manager shall identify and qualify sales opportunities and execute intelligent pursuit plans. This role is a product specific role where the Senior Account Manager will serve as an overlay for a mix of different industries.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Articulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the competitive advantages, resources and processes to client and prospects.
- Work closely with prospective clients (net new and existing) to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.
- Develop compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.
- Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans and establish, document, and maintain solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
- Generate pipeline and achieve or exceed consistent quarterly quota achievement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience selling Warehouse Management solutions to enterprise organizations.
- Experience establishing and managing executive level customer relationships.
- Experience managing sales cycles.
- Experience developing business relationships with to drive sales.
- Willingness to Travel 50%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Enterprise Resource Planning and/or Cloud-based Software Solutions Sales experience.
- Experience selling in an overlay sales model.
