We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work across various Infor capabilities to identify, analyze, and radically improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, improve the employee experience, and remove bureaucracy. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
A Day in the Life typically includes:
- Process Analysis and Improvement: Conduct thorough analysis of current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to significantly streamline operations and eliminate unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different functions to understand their part of the processes and challenges. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and drive consensus on process improvements and performance. Leverage existing frameworks when considering priorities and motivations.
- Change Management: Provide change management input to business teams to ensure successful implementation of their new processes.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of process improvements. Regularly report on progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Documentation: Create documentation of processes, improvements, and best practices. Ensure all changes are well-documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders, and maintenance plan established.
- Project Management: Manage process improvement project(s) simultaneously, ensuring it/they are completed on time and achieve desired outcomes. Proactively communicates team progress to stakeholder groups.
Basic Qualifications:
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt.
- Experience in a Corporate Operations or Process Improvement, process design and optimization, lean management role within an enterprise SaaS/Cloud organization.
- Experience in process mapping and analysis tools.
- Experience with change management and project management methodologies.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Travel 25%.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
