What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enablement Manager, Associate position at Infor?
The Enablement Manager, Associate will be responsible for defining and managing program success criteria and monitoring program performance from initiation to execution to support the growth of the Healthcare business at Infor. This will include tracking, documenting, and managing the end-to-end enablement components that support the Healthcare vertical at Infor. Collaborating with key business stakeholders to prioritize and track critical workstreams across multiple project plans. Serving as the conduit for multiple enablement initiatives, including surfacing insights with data and metrics for creating, refining, and improving learning program elements.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Manage the learning project plan in alignment with the broader strategic cross-functional Healthcare project plan, aiming to optimize the industry's overall health and strength.
- Lead cross-functional team meetings to define workstreams, set priorities, and track progress and provide progress updates to key stakeholders and collaborators.
- Document and share the training and certification needs of all audiences.
- Collaborate with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the learning function.
- Develop high-level requirements for portfolio managers and learning product and design teams to create appropriate products for key constituents.
- Utilize operating metrics and KPIs effectively, act as the steward of your program.
- Partner with key leaders to drive program launch activities, including creating effective communication assets and plans.
Basic Qualifications:
- Legal Authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Experience with Program/Project Management.
- Experience working for a software/technology company developing enablement programs.
- Communication skills with the ability to present at all levels, including senior executives, technical experts, peers, customers, partners, and employees.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading whiteboard sessions/discussions to elicit requirements for strategy-setting.
