What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Executive position at Infor?
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and determined salesperson to join a well-established organization independent business unit within Infor. This position is within Infor's Property Management and Construction (IPMC) solutions organization.
The individual will join a team of sales, services and customer support professionals, managing a set of customer accounts to sell cloud migration, additional licenses and solutions to further develop Infor's footprint within our existing customer base, and to support customer retention.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets/quotas. This includes regular forecasts to sales manager and above.
- Build credible relationships within the Infor family of installed accounts, in order to create, manage, and close sales opportunities.
- Learn and present the value proposition for Infor's business solutions within the IPMC offering and develop domain expertise within the property management and construction industry.
- Plan and develop a communication/business development cadence with existing and potential customers, to create pipeline and drive the engagement of your customer base.
- Frequently work in a team environment with Pre-sales Consultants, Consulting Sales and other internal departments.
- Utilize, and accurately update Infor customer, forecasting, and pipeline management computer systems.
- Prepare and present quarterly Territory/Business plans and reviews.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in the software industry.
- Experience working in a quota driven role.
- Experience in presenting face to face, as well as over telephone and internet to all levels of an organization.
- Experience managing multiple sales cycles.
- Legal Authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the software industry.
