What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Global Partner Enablement Manager position at Infor?
The Sr. Global Partner Enablement Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and global execution of partner enablement programs that equip Infor's partner ecosystem to sell, deliver, and support Infor solutions. This role plays a critical part in driving partner readiness, ensuring consistent program adoption, and aligning cross-functional teams around shared enablement goals.
In addition, the Sr. Global Partner Enablement Manager will work closely with Infor U Education teams, Partner Programs, Partner Marketing, Partner Communications, Solution Marketing, Advanced Services, Global Services, Channel & Partner Managers, and Regional Partner Enablement Managers to ensure alignment and scale across all key partner initiatives.
A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
- Designing and launching global partner enablement programs tied to sales, pre-sales, or delivery readiness.
- Developing structured, repeatable enablement journeys and scalable frameworks to drive consistency and partner growth.
- Executing key initiatives such as Sales Academy, Time to Value, Demo Programs, Shadowing, and Certification & Specialization tracks.
- Supporting solution and product launches with role-specific readiness plans and partner-facing resources.
- Managing program execution and adoption through strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Tracking and reporting on engagement, certification progress, and program impact-while enabling visibility through dashboards and QBRs.
- Collaborating with regional enablement leads and gathering partner feedback to inform continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in partner enablement, channel programs, sales enablement, or delivery enablement.
- Experience designing and launching to scale global enablement programs that drive measurable outcomes.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Communication skills, including experience presenting to both internal and external audiences.
- Experience with LMS platforms, certification models, or enablement tools.
- Project management experience with attention to both strategy and execution.
- Experience defining KPIs, interpreting data, and sharing insights.
- Legal Authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting partner ecosystems across multiple regions (NA, EMEA, APAC).
- Experience with sales enablement methodologies such as value selling frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC), sales academies, or role-based learning programs.
- Experience with delivery enablement models including partner certification, co-delivery and shadowing programs, or implementation methodologies
- Experience working with new solution/product launches and their associated enablement readiness cycles.
- Experience working with Infor solutions or related enterprise applications.
