Come join Infor's dynamic Digital Sales Team as a Territory Sales Representative, Senior! The purpose of this role is to develop and strengthen relationships between Infor and our valued customers within an assigned territory. Candidates will be responsible for achieving revenue goals on a continuous basis by becoming a trusted and credible partner to our customers, generating pipelines, effectively prospecting into target accounts, and closing business. A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Leverage multi-channel communication (phone, email, social, etc.) to engage with customers and articulate value on a daily basis.
- Act as the leader and owner of the account and their relationship with Infor.
- Uncover, qualify, and close strategic revenue opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Research, question and listen to our customers to fully understand needs and present solutions to fulfill their requirements.
- Drive complex sales cycles working alongside your internal account team (presales, solution consulting, services, field reps etc.) to maximize our customer's investment with Infor.
- Develop and accelerate strong business relationships with key decision makers and influencers within your accounts.
- Research, question and listen to our customers to fully understand needs and present solutions to fulfill their requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- SaaS and/or software sales experience.
- Communication skills with experience negotiating software agreements and presenting to all levels of an organization.
- Legal Authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ERP experience.
- Full lifecycle software sales experience.
