About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Head of Customer Success to join our team in our expanding Florida office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading Customer Success or Account Management functions within the SaaS space, ideally in a high growth start-up or fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll focus on building exceptional relationships and partnerships with senior executives and create an incredible customer journey. - Focus entirely on the customer. Building processes and structures that allow them to gain the most value from our products and services.
- Ensure an exceptional and memorable customer experience, from onboarding to renewal. Overperforming across customers' expectations.
- Collaborate with partners to cultivate a vibrant and engaged community around our product, security, and the technology space.
- Support our clients and partners with any potential issues or challenges.
- Drive adoption across our customer base, ensuring clients are getting the most from our products and services.
- Develop and execute strategic customer and sales plans to achieve and exceed sales, growth and renewal targets.
- Lead and manage a team of Account Managers and Customer Success Representatives to support their growth and development whilst managing targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business and upsell opportunities across embedded client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams and technical experts to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend business events and conferences to strengthen and build new relationships with potential prospects and represent inforcer and promote the company's offering.
