Engineering Manager

Curinos is looking for a handson Engineering Manager to lead our Commercial Banking pod. This group is responsible for the endtoend development and support of a suite of products that banks use to manage their commercial product portfolios; these products empower our customers to make datadriven decisions quickly and efficiently based on a mix of their own and our proprietary data and metrics. You will collaborate closely with product and line of business stakeholders to develop and execute the product roadmap ultimately owning the architectural design implementation and timely and efficient delivery of new product features in a robust and scalable application stack. You will lead the team by example modeling quality software development practices while also overseeing each team members professional development.

Responsibilities :

• Leading a product engineering team consisting of Software Data and QA Engineers; providing mentorship and career development to team members
• Managing grooming and breakdown of user stories into wellunderstood and implementable tasks for the team to execute
• Modeling quality software development practices to the team by performing code reviews and providing feedback and coaching to the team on the principles of efficient and scalable design
• Providing input into the product roadmap by developing a thorough understanding of our products and their internal and external customers; advocating for the prioritization of initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve efficiency of product operations
• Ensuring compliance with Curinos SDLC and Agile processes by tracking and reviewing KPIs with the team
• Collaborating with peer Engineering Managers on feature development and ensuring efficient sharing of code and features between adjacent Engineering pods

Base Salary Range :  $150000 to $190000 (plus bonus)
