- Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to expand our client base
- Create and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Monitor project profitability and identify opportunities for growth

- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure deliverables align with client objectives
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for account management
