Business Development Executive/Manager - Infor(ERP) for North America Region

Total Experience: 8 years of experience in Infor(ERP) Sales in the North America Region.

We seek an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager for Infor(ERP) in the North America Region to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development, fostering strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional revenue growth.

Job Description:

Meet sales targets aligned with organizational business objectives and strategy.

Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including self-initiated partnership models.

Open new accounts across various verticals.

Manage proposal development processes in coordination with the pre-sales/delivery team, ensuring timely submission.

Understand client needs and qualify opportunities in line with our business focus.

Foster excellent relationships with principal sales organizations in the relevant geography.

Maintain accurate Business Development databases.

Support marketing activities, including trade/scientific shows, mailings, etc.

Experience Required:

Similar role experience with Infor(ERP) sales and understanding of relevant business models for the geographic market.

Strong ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them to the pre-sales team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling interaction with diverse groups, client executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Understanding of geographic business models for the IT industry, with the ability to develop strategic business plans with principals and partners.
