Job Title: Technology Staffing Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technology Staffing Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, lead our sales team, and foster strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand existing client relationships, and acquire new business.
    • Establish and maintain a sales culture that emphasizes customer satisfaction, integrity, and teamwork.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
    • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring optimal pricing and terms.
  • Client and Candidate Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
    • Foster relationships with top talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
    • Ensure seamless communication between clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Performance Management and Reporting
    • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales team performance.
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership, highlighting sales trends, opportunities, and challenges.
    • Adjust sales strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights.
  • Industry Knowledge and Networking
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
    • Attend conferences, networking events, and job fairs to maintain visibility and build relationships.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, leading high-performing sales teams, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
    • Results-driven, with a strong focus on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
