We seek an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to lead our sales team in delivering exceptional revenue growth, driving business development, and fostering strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Meet sales targets aligned with organizational business objectives and strategy.
- Lead generation and self-initiative of partnership models.
- Able to open new accounts across different verticals.
- Manage proposal development process in coordination with pre-sales/delivery team and maintain timelines for proposals.
- Understand client needs and qualify opportunities in line with our business focus.
- Built and maintained excellent relationships with principal sales organizations in the relevant geography.
- Maintained Business Development databases.
Experience Required
Similar role experience with Infor(ERP) Sales and understanding of business models for the relevant geographic market.
Good understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them to the pre-sales team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, client executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
