About Our Role
As a Business Development Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in delivering exceptional revenue growth, driving business development, and fostering strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Your primary responsibility will be to meet sales targets aligned with our organizational business objectives and strategy. You will also lead generation and self-initiative of partnership models, able to open new accounts across different verticals, and manage proposal development process in coordination with pre-sales/delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through strategic partnership development and account management.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the North America Region.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in Infor(ERP) Sales in the North America Region.
Strong understanding of business models for the relevant geographic market and ability to interpret customer business needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, client executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
