Role :

  • 15 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in test automation.
  • 8 years of experience working with Infor LN ERP in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca for test automation and QTest for test management.
  • desirable) Strong knowledge of Infor LN ERP modules (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance).
  • Experience with Infor LN / ERP / BAAN is a plus.

Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in Tricentis Tosca automation framework (scriptless automation).
  • strongly desirable) Strong understanding of CI / CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git).
  • Experience in API testing and database validation (SQL, Oracle). Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) is an advantage.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in Agile / Scrum environments and manage multiple priorities.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • ISTQB Test Automation Engineer Certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with AI-driven test automation and RPA tools.
  • Prior experience working in a large-scale manufacturing ERP implementation.
