Solution Architect
As a Solution Architect, you will engage with internal collaborators, customers, and partners to develop technical account plans / strategies and drive sales engagements to technical closure. As a key member of the tech sales team, you will ensure success by capturing customer use cases and designing complex technical solutions on top of Informatica Data Management Cloud. You will educate customers and internal stakeholders on the Informatica value proposition and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment and consumption in the cloud. Within our technical sales community, you will be an active, constant learner with a growth mindset. You will mentor others on the team and contribute to the development of shared selling assets, knowledge stores, and enablement materials. To ensure sustained revenue growth, you will contribute to pipeline generation by delivering technical workshops, being active in social media promotions, developing content for external circulation, and participating in industry marketing events. This role is based in Singapore and reports locally.
Knowledge & Skills
- Intermediate certification on at least 1 Cloud Ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP) and 1 data related cloud technology at the level defined by the business
- Advanced knowledge of Cloud computing security aspects
- Expert level skills for Informatica services and product capabilities
- Ability to engage VP, Director customer personas
- Credibility with data engineers, data scientists, and other technical customer personas
- Expert storytelling and presentation skills across multiple horizontal and vertically specific use cases
- Advanced technical knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, Data Warehousing, Database, and / or Business Intelligence software concepts and products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create and execute on a strategic technical account plan as defined by the business
