Required Skills: Must Haves
- 3 years of experience in application software support
- Experience supporting Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Experience with asset management software applications such as, Maximo, SAP, Oracle Field Service (OFS)
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows
- Knowledge of middleware such as Informatica & API’s integrations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and problem-solving for the eMaint-CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) developed by Fluke Corporation. You will work closely with the internal teams to ensure the system operates efficiently and effectively.
