Role is Hybrid 2-3 days on site.
Prior experience with completing Workday transactions is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage, organize, and maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. Scan and archive documents in alignment with organizational policies
• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate pre-employment screenings
- Help create and update job descriptions to attract top talent
- Process job changes, organizational structure updates, and salary adjustments in Workday
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Partner with the HR team on various HR-related tasks and projects.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of HR initiatives
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred or an
equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-3 years of HR experience, including recruitment coordination
• Prior experience completing transactions in Workday is required
- Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment and onboarding
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Accuracy in managing employee records and compliance tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
