Title: SAP/HR Analyst
Contract Details:
Location: Newark, Delaware
Remote; however, the client would like someone to reside within a 1-1.5 hour radius of Newark, who has the ability to come into the office 1/day a week if needed.
Duration: 6 months to start
Start: 1st or 2nd week of May.
US Citizen or GC are highly preferred. (Will accept H-1b)

SAP/HR Systems Analyst - Job description:
The HR Analyst will support the human resource information system in addition to other systems used by the HR team during an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transition to SAP and post implementation. This position will support the HRIS Team and serve as a technical point of contact for functional areas as a subject matter expert including but not limited to the following areas: ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
SAP/HR Systems Analyst - Responsibilities:
- Support any/all tasks related to the HRIS transition from UKG to SAP during company wide ERP project
- Assist with post implementation activities including but not limited to: writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
- Develop user procedures, guidelines, job aids and documentation. Provides training on new processes and functionality.
- Provide support for systems, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws, performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
- Collaborates with other human resources (HR) employees and other internal partners to complete specific tasks within HR departments.
- May support HRIS team in other BAU duties as assigned.
SAP/HR Systems Analyst - Required skills - MUST HAVES:
- SAP/HR system implementation experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Three years of HRIS experience.
- SAP/HR system implementation experience required.
- UKG (UltiPro) experience strongly preferred, must have HRIS system experience.
- One year of project management experience.
- Proven experience with documenting procedures.
- Three to five years of analytical experience.
